Formulas problem

I have this problem, if I open an EXCEL file with XLSMINI and I change some FLOAT values, then if I read a cell formula that refers to this new data, the result is wrong!
If I save the file and open it in Excel, the results are right!
It seems that XLSMINI is unable to recalculate the formulas internally?
What I have to do to resolve this?
I need to create a new XLS file in which all the original XLS formulas, are converted in numerical format, is this possible?
