Help with package install in C++ Builder 6

Hi I recently downloaded xlsrw4 version
I tried to install package as explained”

C++ Builder 6:
Select the menu Component->Install packages, click the Add button. Browse to
the installation directory. Select the Package\CPP6 sub directory. Select the file
XLSRWII30_CPP6.bpl

but it gives me an error"
" Cannot load package 'XLSRWII4_CPP6.' It contain unit 'Jconsts, 'which is also contained in package 'vcljpg60' "
